The Ascot is located just a 2-minute walk from Blackpool’s Promenade and sandy beach, with Blackpool South Railway Station 7 minutes away on foot. Blackpool Illuminations are a 3-minute walk from the property, and Blackpool Pleasure Beach is a 15-minute walk away. Blackpool Tower is 1 mile from the hotel. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Room Amenities

Each room at The Ascot is equipped with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite bathroom. Ironing facilities are available upon request. Breakfast is included in your stay.

Cancellation & Prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the type of room booked. Please check the specific conditions for your selected room during the booking process.

Children & Extra Beds

Children under 18 years: Up to 4 children stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Children under 3 years: One child can stay free of charge in a cot/crib (subject to availability).
There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
The maximum number of guests per room is 5.
Only one cot/crib is allowed per room, depending on availability.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Group Bookings

Please note that The Ascot does not accept group bookings, including hen and stag parties.

Parking

Street parking is available within a 5-minute walk from the property. (park and display)

Safety & Security

Security Measures: The hotel is equipped with a security alarm, smoke alarms, CCTV in common areas and outside the property, and fire extinguishers.
Staff Protocols: All staff follow local authority safety guidelines, and a first aid kit is available on-site.

No Smoking Policy

The Ascot operates a strict no smoking policy throughout the property, including guest rooms. Smoking in any room will result in a cleaning charge of £100.
